Celebrations for Pi have evolved over the centuries. One of the more common ways we all come together to celebrate Pi is "Pi Day." Pi Day is held one March 14 (3.14) every year and it is a time for us Pi lovers to all gather and to sing Pi carols, recite Pi, spread the word of Pi, memorize Pi, and even eat Pie! In my school district, in 7th grade on Pi Day, if you know more than 100 digits of Pi, you get to throw a Pi in the teacher's face! I will be going into 7th grade this year so I am really looking forward to it. Here are some random Pi Day facts:
